121 Research Drive – Innovation Place has been reknown for building cutting edge buildings that is some of the most impressive architecture in Saskatoon. Clearlite Glass supplied the glass for their newest venture, 121 Research Drive, which was one of the first LEEDS projects in Saskatoon. This project utilized high performing curtainwall system (Kawneer 7550) with high performing triple glazing to help achieve it’s LEED certification.  We understand that we were the first Kawneer dealer that came up with an engineered solution to attaching Sunshades to the high performing triple glazed system and have since lent our support to Kawneer, and other glazing contractors, to help develop a supplier supported solution. We are extremely proud to of been a part of this project and to have worked with Kawneer in developing the custom extrusions to make the signature glass cylinder.

116 Research Drive – This building was ahead of it’s time with being Saskatchwan’s first look at Kawneer’s 7550 series high performing curtainwall.  Innovation Place utilized this high performing curtainwall system before it was fashionable to do so and years before there was anything known as LEEDs. Both 116 & 121 used Azurlite tinted triple glazed units (116 used a reflective version of this glass and 121 used just the tinted glass but achieved higher performance by utilizing the newer high performing Low-E coatings).

Prince Albert Projects - Clearlite Glass has been extremely proud to of been a part of most of Prince Albert’s marquee projects, including the PA Courthouse, Forestry Centre, and the Centerpiece Project (aka E. A. Rawlinson Centre for the Arts). These projects compile some of the most interesting architecture in this city.
